ANL Logistics & Storage Service facilities have lower traffic than your standard e-commerce operations. Our locations have a minimum of 30% commercial storage with minimal users that goes in and out of each facility. Our racking system will have minimum impact to concrete floors, we drill less than 3% of storage racking and patch when we vacate the space. Our commercial vehicle traffic is lower than your standard logistic users and we have a full team of Community Managers, Facility Managers, Janitorial, and warehouse operators to maintain the grounds. We put in additional tenant improvements into the properties we occupy to maintain a high standard of our creative spaces. Each of our facilities have 24/7 live remote monitoring and a maintenance team.

Our goal is to bring businesses together to network and generate partnerships and opportunities for each other. Allowing us to create a community for each city we land in; while maintaining a clean and secure facility. A more modern experience for today’s workforce.

Application Process

Prepare appropriate documents (Pre- screen)

  • Credit application needs to be sent to prospect. Once application is received back from prospect. The application needs to be forwarded to creditapp@ANL Logistics & Storage Service.com

  • Credit department will notify you on deposit terms.

  • Present terms to prospect.

  • Moving forward with a Sales Agreement requires the following:

    • Request copy of EIN and Drivers License

  • Request copy of Business License. Licensee must obtain a business license for the city of the location they will be conducting business

  • Insurance Certificate (general liability, warehouse only)

  • Request secondary contact information

  • Prepare appropriate documents for Brokers and Agents

  • Vendors Profile, Commission Statement, w9. Once brokers information is received. Send to accounting

  • Review Space Agreement with prospect or prospects representation.

Checklist & Closing

  • Deliver agreement to licensee Via DocuSign.

  • Update floor plans, Sketch up, Directories

  • If needed- Order key cards for licensee.

  • Send email introduction letter to licensee with space manual.

  • Introduce licensee to our back office customer service agent assigned to their location.

  • Introduce the Community Manager / Associate to  licensee.

  • Make sure community team submits Wi-Fi or Electrical request.

  • Work with your Community and Operations team for an easy move in preparing the necessary items for your client to collect and know about our facility Schedule move in with licensee.

  • Update our cloud with your clients timeline in our Sales folder
